For the past 12 years, I have been enjoying wearing many hats in creating and leading projects in international NGOs related to education and learning, including training and coaching teams. 

I have developed a youth engagement department that served youth in the Middle East, United States, Brazil and Argentina. I have, with diverse teams, conceptualized organizational strategies, designed, developed educational programs serving 4-18 year-olds, trainings for educators and youth workers, conceptualized and administered youth seed grants, virtual and in person-exchanges between schools, developed and nurtured partnerships, and created tools to monitor and evaluate the projects. 

What have I learned?

Organizations and programs that combine a culture of inclusion, respect and trust with clear processes, structure, mission and a feeling of ownership and learning among the team have the highest resilience and sustainability.  The beautiful part is that you can create it in your programs and with your team(s).
